(Throughout this document Pixel Perfect Moving Image & Photography
will be referred to as PP)
1. Performance
1.1 The work shall be in accordance and signed in agreement by you,
our Client.
1.2 If for any reason the client suspends the work in progress or if
PP is delayed by the Client, the Client shall be responsible for any
loss incurred by PP. The original
deposit cannot be refunded, as bookings may have been lost due to PP attempting
to honour the existing agreement.
1.3 If PP is delayed in completing the work as a consequence of the causes mentioned
in 1.2 PP shall be allowed a reasonable extension of time.
1.4 PP reserves the right to sub-contract any work that may be necessary.
2. Payment
2.1 To book services, a down payment is required in the form of a deposit of
a Minimum of 30% of the total of the sum quoted on receipt of your order as shown
below.

2.2 When payment is due PP will issue invoice(s) to include any expenses incurred
by PP on behalf of the Client.
2.3 Large quantities of material supplies must be paid for either in advance
or on delivery depending on individual agreements.
2.4 For all sums not paid within the agreed period of seven days, the Client
shall pay interest at an equivalent annual rate of 4% above the ruling base rate
calculated on a daily
basis and as varied from time to time by Lloyds TSB, our bankers.

2.6 Should PP commence work with the agreement of the Client in advance of signing contracts and the Client subsequently not sign, then PP shall be due all reasonable fees and expenses for work undertaken to date including the labour involved in organising contractual arrangements.
2.7 Should Clause 2.6 include PP, in liabilities to third parties then these liabilities shall also be met by the Client.
3. Value Added Tax
The Client shall pay PP, in addition to the charges due for the work performed under the contract, a sum equal to any Value Added Tax that may be chargeable on the value of the work.
4. Copyright
Copyright shall immediately vest in PP until payment is received in full (See 4.4).
4.1 Copyright of work commissioned by the customer becomes the property of the customer on receipt of full payment. It is the Client’s responsibility to pay for any copyright.
4.2 Digital files are archived by us and stored on our system for six months unless otherwise agreed. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of digital files due to unforeseen electrical or other faults on our systems.
4.3 Further supply of photographs and moving image from our origination will be advised and charged for on each separate occasion as requested.
4.4 With the Clients permission, PP may use images from work produced for the Client, within our promotional material.
